When you accessthe Platform and/or sign up for a Huumans product, we collect identifyinginformation such as your name, email address, company name, business financialdata, accounting records, transaction history, budgeting information, and otherdata to provide our accounting and business budgeting services, personalizeyour account, and deliver essential product updates and account information.Our legal basis for processing personal data includes: (1) explicit consentfrom users when they provide information, (2) performance of a contract orservice, and (3) compliance with legal obligations. We do not collect or usepersonal information for purposes other than those specified at the time ofcollection, unless we have obtained additional consent or as required by law. Wedo not sell any personal information.

We will handle policy updates byposting the revised policy on our Platform and updating the "EffectiveDate" at the top of this Privacy Policy. We engage certain trustedthird-party service providers to perform functions and provide services to us,such as hosting and maintenance, database storage and management, paymentprocessing, and marketing. For payment processing, credit card information issubmitted directly to our payment processor and doesn't hit our servers. Westore a record of the payment transaction, including the last 4 digits of thecredit card number and billing address, for purposes of account history,invoicing, billing support, calculating any applicable sales tax, and detectingfraudulent credit card transactions. These third parties may have access topersonal information needed to perform their functions, but are contractuallyobligated to maintain the confidentiality of the information and are restrictedfrom using it for any other purposes.
